Our winner this month is only 10 years old. His enthusiasm for gardening is inspiring. Let's hope he continues to get such a thrill from growing plants and let us grown ups do what we can to promote these fundamental life skills in the young.

My Vegie Garden in Yarravel, NSW

Hi I am Jay. I am 10 years old and I Loooooove vegie gardening. I grow Broccoli, Capsicum, Onion, Peas, Potatoes, Beans, Rhubarb & Tomatoes. I save my seeds and I'm attempting to grow cherry tomatoes. I fertilize twice a week (Monday and Friday).

I found some old bean pods and grew my beans from the seeds inside. And I would like to grow Pumpkin.
